Agreement to Terms

By using RoadRunner Babylon Towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the new terms.

Services Provided

RoadRunner Babylon Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services in Babylon, NY and surrounding areas.

We make every effort to provide prompt and professional service. However, response times may vary based on traffic conditions, weather, and the availability of our tow trucks.

Service Fees and Payment

All service fees are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment must be made before your vehicle is released.

Rates are based on the type of service, distance traveled, time of day, and vehicle type. We will provide you with a quote before starting work whenever possible.

If you fail to pay for services rendered, we reserve the right to hold your vehicle until payment is received in full. Storage fees may apply for vehicles held beyond 24 hours.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and location. This includes the vehicle make, model, condition, and any special circumstances that might affect the tow.

You must provide proof of ownership or authorization to have the vehicle towed. We may refuse service if you cannot provide proper documentation.

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. RoadRunner Babylon Towing is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

Limitation of Liability

We take great care in handling your vehicle. However, RoadRunner Babylon Towing is not liable for damage to vehicles that occurs due to pre-existing conditions, improper loading caused by inaccurate information you provided, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including lost wages, rental car costs, or inconvenience.

You have 48 hours to report any damage you believe occurred during towing. Claims reported after this time may not be accepted.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service request, please call us immediately at (631) 314-0817. If our tow truck has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.

The cancellation fee covers the time and fuel spent dispatching a truck to your location. This fee will be explained when you call to cancel.

Service Area

Our primary service area is Babylon, NY and surrounding communities. We may provide service outside this area for long-distance towing, but additional fees may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any location we deem unsafe or inaccessible for our equipment.

Disputes and Governing Law

If you have a concern about our service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Most issues can be worked out through direct communication.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, New York.
